Problem whit Paho mqtt

after Google I get to this page :

I'm getting this error:
pi@sip-system:/opt/SIP $ python3 sip.py
fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/opt/SIP'

The error form paho I fix like this:
python3 -m pip install "paho-mqtt<2.0.0"


But sip don't start
