Allowing a run once program to run concurrently with a scheduled program would not be easy to implement.
One solution that comes to mind would be to add a second SIP unit to your system that could be used for the run once or it could be kept in manual mode which would be similar to run once but might be easier to use.
You could even keep the main system password protected and logged out to prevent accidental changes to irrigation programs.
