I have not been able to find a cause of the problem you are having.

So I did a complete upgrade to my distro and I got the program tab to work again. Now, half my relays are missing, but, progress is being made.

How are the relays connected to your pi?

I've got a 16 channel relay board, powered separately. The relays are connected to the pins on the pi. Pretty basic setup, I believe.

And resolved. Had to go back and set up Station Handling again. I think we're all good!
