Activated plug-ins do not show under plug-in dropdown menu

After installing and enabling (with restart) plug-ins, they do not show under the drop down menu under plug-ins. They are in the plug-in list with an activated mark. Especially SSD1306 and lcd_adj plug-in
Running latest version 4.1.10

It is working here.

The mobile_app and signaling_examples plugins do not have any user settings and do not appear in the drop down.

Because I don't have any LCD display connected to my test rig it took several seconds for the program to restart after activating the plugins but they did appear in the drop down. Try restarting SIP again.

Thanks, restart was tried several times. Is there a need to install any additional software/libraries for these plug-ins to work?
(btw.....I'm using the software for years now, great work, compliments!!)

Maybe silly but try to clear your browsers cache.
