When I click Browse More Plugins I get the following

internal server error

Currently running 4.0.24

I see the same error here. It looks like a Python 3 compatibility problem.

I will look for a fix.

It was a problem involving Python 3.5.
I pushed a fix to GitHub.
Upgrading to SIP 4.0.25 should eliminate the problem.
