Email Alert (reminder)

I would like to be able to get email reminders a configurable amount of hours before programs run.  I can never remember which program is on or if SIP  system is on or off.  My stuff isn't nearly as complicated as some people and a reminder would be an awesome feature instead of loggin in constantly to remember.

Reminder would get sent to some email address a configurable amount of hours before programs time and only sent if system is on/enabled.

There are a couple of plugins that can do notifications but the advance notice could be tough.

Off hand I can't think of a way to trigger a notification in advance especially with a configurable amount if time.
